Local deliveries within 20 miles of our store, will be carried out by two delivery staff and the charge will include any set-up, building and removal of packaging. The date and time will be agreed in advance and will cost £25.00.
National/UK deliveries beyond 20 miles of our store please call us for a delivery quote. Long distance deliveries may be carried out by independent companies/carriers, therefore, although we can offer a guidance and communication to these supplier/carriers, specific days and times are outside of our control and delays, although rare, are sometimes unavoidable.
Delivery timescales for ordered goods will depend on the goods order and will be advised on each individual order.Please note that your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
For delivery to Northern Ireland & The Republic of Ireland – Please contact us either via telephone or e-mail at email@example.com to discuss each order prior to actually placing the order on our website.
All Other Overseas Countries – We will always attempt to accommodate any customer requirement. Returns & Refund Policy
For 'Local' deliveries - In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform our drivers immediately or asap so that we can replace them in part or whole in accordance with your statutory rights.
For National/UK deliveries -Notification to Kubek Furniture must be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via e-mail to email@example.com and fully outlining the relevant issue / cause for the requirement to return the said goods.
All returns must be agreed by telephone or e-mail so we can agree on collection dates/times.Goods must be unused / un-assembled and returned in the original condition.
We are only able to refund the delivery cost where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
