Returns Policy

For 'Local' deliveries 

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform our drivers immediately or asap so that we can replace them in part or whole in accordance with your statutory rights.

For National/UK deliveries

Notification to Kubek Furniture must be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via e-mail to info@kubekfurniture.com and fully outlining the relevant issue / cause for the requirement to return the said goods.

All returns must be agreed by telephone or e-mail so we can agree on collection dates/times.Goods must be unused / un-assembled and returned in their original packaging and condition - we will not accept returns of used / assembled or incorrectly packaged items.

We will only offer a credit note of goods to the value of your order unless goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Please Note:

If the customer wishes to return items that are as a result of change of mind, Kubek Furniture reserves the right to offer a credit note for goods to the value of the order. (Goods must be returned in original packaging and of mint condition )

Kubek Furniture also reserves the right to make a pre-advised charge for the collection of goods from your premises.

If goods are made to order to your specification and measurements we will not offer either an exchange or refund unless it is established that there is a manufacturing fault or goods are not fit for the purpose.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on mattresses, divans, cushions or bedspreads unless they are faulty.

Credit notes or Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
